WHAT:
The gathering will take place right after the pre-conference for the Social Media 2007 conference. The meeting will cover various items such as activities at the other Clubs, Social Media Press Release, goals for 2007, in addition to covering other topics suggested by you - the participants. The event is FREE to attend, but you must pre-register so we may prepare for your arrival and ensure we have plenty to drink.
Howard Greenstein, Co-Founder of Social Media Club, will be on hand to talk about SMC and to moderate the discussions.
- We are accepting topics for the gathering. Some suggestions are: Disclosure and Blogger Ethics, How to grow the local community, Setting dates for upcoming meetings (i.e. every second Tuesday or every third Thursday), Securing sponsors to cover upcoming events (food, drinks, venues, etc.), Building a list of discussion leaders (everyone should have a chance to lead if they wish)
