    Social Media: Challenge or Opportunity

Is it possible to drive real business with social media? We'll explore what the opportunities, challenges, and excuses are for (or against)social media, along with real world examples of programs that work - or don't.  What is the one big mistake almost everyone makes when implementing a social media strategy, and what can you do to ensure you don't make it also.

Murray Izenwasser is a recognized social media expert and strategist, as well as the director of client strategy and interactive services at Starmark, a fully integrated advertising agency based in Fort Lauderdale. He works with local, national and international corporations on social media strategy and has been the featured speaker for numerous events and industry forums related to social media. A past board member of South Florida Interactive Marketing Association, he is currently on the steering committee for the Social Media Club of South Florida.
